Q. How can we caluculate load capacity?
A. Normally you need to multiply 0.8 to total weight.

Ex.) Caster load capacity: 100lbs, 100lbs*4pcs*0.8 = 320lbs: you can use them in maximum 320lbs weight. -

Q. Metal chips from machining process breaks the wheel. Do you have any solution?
A. High resilience wheel (ex. PU wheel) is available. We can customize to smaller contact area wheel.

Q. When we use caster wheel by towing, rubber wheel wear shortly. Do you have any solution?
A. We recommend wear-resistance wheel. Also hardness can be changed as your request. (Harder one is hard to wear than soft one.)

Q. We want to prevent the foot get mangled in caster wheel. Do you have any solution?
A. We make specialized product which is able to prevent the ankle getting mangled in caster wheel.

Q. Rubber wheel gets broken easily by oil on the floor. Do you have any solution?
A. We have Anti-oil rubber wheel and PU wheel, they are quite great performance in oil environment.

Q. Do you have the caster wheel which is able to use in High temperature(392 ºF) environment?
A. Grease can be changed to Heat Resistance one. Phenolic wheel (that has heat resistance) is also available.

Q. Dirty on the floor by black marks makes us trouble. Do you have any solution?
A. We recommend Gray rubber wheel, in addition that we have Elastomer wheel which is hard to make the floor dirty.

Q. Do you have the caster wheel which is able to use in Cold Storage(-22 ºF )
A. General environment for caster wheel: 68 ºF ± 27 ºF. Grease can be changed to special one in cold environment. Specialized product will be available as your request.

Q. Caster wheel in the factory is easy to get rust due to humidity, is there any solution?
A. It become hard to get rust by changing to Stainless Steel. In addition that, O ling(seal) can be installed to turning parts and wheel core, they are also helpful for anti-rust.

Q. We need to care for noise when we use platform trolley in the early morning and late night. Do you have low noise caster wheel?
A. When you need to care for noise, we recommend soft rubber wheel and elastomer wheel. Also caster wheel with bearing in turning parts is available.

Q. Wheel is stuck on the grating. Do you have any solution?
A. It's able to customize that contact area of wheel larger. (ex. J type rubber wheel 6" Standard type: 0.86", Large width type: 1.37")
